A nice daylight picture of the Quality Hardware, Also, when I sold my last carbine, I kept my ammo, mags and, and reloading stuff. I have 600 loaded factory (mostly JSP) and another 600 of my reloads. Pretty well set up.

The mags mostly go back to the 80s and 90s when I carried it as my LEO trunk weapon when I was a Deputy. (10) 30 round seven are J, OKay, AI and SEY, and three are commercial. One is absolutely identical to the USGI, and two are decent aftermarkets that function well. I also have (18) of the 15 rounders.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Took the Quality Hardware to the range. Fired 150 rounds from it. A mix of: 110 Rainier plated bullets over 14.6 grains WW296, Kings Mill WW2 ball, 110 Remington JSP factory and 115 grain Bear Creek moly coat over 11.0 grains of 2400. The first three all shot to approximately the same POI at 100 yards. Using a 6 o'clock hold, I was breaking clay pigeons at that range (100 yards). The Bear creek shot just a tad lower, needing a dead on hold.

I started on the M1icon Carbine 25 yard targets. Al were well within the dotted "acceptable" lined area. I was actually shooting better at 100 yards than 25 yards, where the groups were about 1.5 to 2 inches in the center. Clay pigeons at 100 were easier to shoot!

That sounds great - you've got to be pleased with those results! Did you notice any split cases with the Kings Mill? I've had one lot of LC43 where about 30% split when fired. Time to shoot up the rest of it, I guess! - Bob

Nope, no problems at all with this box. 100%. The last box of Kings Mill (different lot number) had about 20% dead primers. I have to say the Kings Mill had noticeably more snap than the reloads or even the R-P 110 JSP. All the brass went into a nice, polite pile about 3 feet in diameter, at 4-5 o'clock, three feet behind me. Super easy to find it all!
