ROSS RIFLE on the 2014 ''TOONIE''.

[/SIZE]Going thru some change that had been collecting in my truck's ash tray ,I noticed one of those '' odd toonies''. it was dated 2014.....its the one with a young lad running up to a soldier marching.....the soldier and others look like they are carrying ROSS Rifles./..........easy to see they are NOT Lee ENFIELDS....

    Thought it very interesting......
    cheers W.C. / Glenn

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the soldier is carry a Lee Enfield. It is much easier to see in the ten dollar silver coin.

Here you go: Wait for Me, Daddy - Wikipedia

Also made famous on the cover of "Six War Years" by Barry Broadfoot.
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.

Sorry, the URL I provided is worst than useless. Fortunately, I downloaded a picture.

    I hope this works.

They are clearly No1Mk3 rifles in the original photo.
