    Brass Unit Disk ID deciphering

    Can anyone what tell me “QA” or “OA” stands for along with any of the other markings? 8.15 I know is a date. I have dug Thru “The Broad Arrow” and can’t seem to find any matches.

    I would suggest that QA relates to one of the Gurkha regiments hat went to India - possibly the 3rd Gurkha Regiment that was the 3rd Queen Alexandras Own Gurkha Rifles. This rifle was from the 2/4th Battalion. Could be wrong of course
