Far East Command Shirt and Patches?

Hi Folks -

Picked this up today, and understand it is a Far East Command patch and Admin? Patch. I mostly stop at 1918 so cannot claim much knowledge at all on these.

The ink on the collar is very faded, but can make out US. Will try a black light to see if anything else pops out, but in the meantime would appreciate any expert opinions from the forum.
