    Yes... and the serial numbers were engraved after parkerizing, leaving them "in the white".

    Yes those were the ones a bit later in Production. The early ones had the serial numbers placed on the pistol before it was parkerized.

    I always thought the Chinese characters were put on in Canadaicon.
    Not sure with the lighting, but it looks refinished.

    It has been refinished for sure. He paid $2500 and I told him it was not worth that kind of money. And yes the inscription in Chinese on the slide was done at Inglis before it was shipped along with a decal.
