    Alice Pouches, fake or genuine???

I'm trying to figure out if these Alice pouches are fakes. They look reasonably well made but there are absolutely no markings on them at all. Will genuine pouches always be marked, please? What is the opinion on these, please, genuine or fake? Are the small pouches for the first aid kit? Thanks for any information and help.

I'd say offshore produced, who knows by whom. So many used AR family it only makes sense to make your own to a standard that's been proven, only so ,many ways to carry mags that works. The little one I think is compass. I forget what the FD size was but I think that's a compass pouch. Again no marking, and I think offshore production. Look it up as a compass pouch and you'll see what I'm getting at...

Jim is right about the compass pouch. They all look legit whether offshore of domestic production.

Very true, even we do some of that. Look at the IVI 5.56 we supplied during RVN for instance... As for Rothco, I've dealt with that when I was working surplus. Propper International is another.

"...genuine pouches always be marked..." They will if they're surplus. Lots of companies make stuff like that though. Those look kind of new to ever have been issued to anybody. Troopies tend to be somewhat rough on issued kit.
It'll only have the 'US' stamp if it was issued to them. Lots of countries used the same kit.
    Spelling and Grammar count!

Lack of "US" on the front, and manufacturer on the back makes me suspect it is Korean or Vietnamese in origin. My $.02
