You can tell how careful they were by all the boxes loaded in the back of the pickup.

Possible arms sales violation? What happens about the damage to the weapons if he is found innocent? Seems like a non-story made into something because it fits the anti-gun hysteria. And new events in Colorado fuel the panic.

Yep, I'm seeing lots of "FA" lever actions and revolvers there...

Those single action colt 1873 type revolvers look pretty Ghosty to me.

Well, it is California after all. What else would we expect? Any sale of any firearm there is prolly "illegal"...

I bet he had a 1000 bullets too!

There's a couple of M1icon Carbines in the pile I see. There was a similar situation not far away. Supposedly the ATF raided and stacked them on each other causing damage to some. After spending 20K on his defense and winning, one of the brothers recovered his arms and was compensated, (at least I'm told) on some of the high end cased arms they stacked withut putting in cases.

I'm seeing mostly rim-fire rifles (did see one M1icon carbine) and handguns looked to be all revolvers (noticed one Enfield pistol in the stack). My question is, what exactly did this guy do to break the law? Can't do too much to a revolver to make it illegal and I've never heard of a fully auto Marlin model 60... Maybe California has a bag-limit as to how many guns you can legally own? My guess is that this guy had a gun license (C&R FFL perhaps?) and was using it to buy/sell firearms as a business (which C&R license does not allow!) out of his residence... Just sayin'....

Just a thought; If buying and selling illegally, why have so many in stock?
