Looking for a Ross MKII magazine cutoff and spring

Hey guys. I just picked up my first Ross, it's a MKII 3* and I need a little direction. I got it from an auction and it's missing a few small parts. I've already located the follower and I believe a rear stock crossbolt, but I've had no luck so far with the mag cutoff assembly.

Does anyone here have a mag cutoff assembly, or know of a source? Does the cutoff assembly perform any other function, or is the rifle safe and operable without it?

Is an exploded view/parts diagram available? I can't find one anywhere.

    Thanks.
    -Drew

I got the parts from Numrich/Gun Parts a few years ago. They were as new.

I checked Numrich. They list the parts but they're out of stock.
