Surplus Spam Can Marking - Possibly M2 Garand Ammo

    Hi all.

Just picked up a couple of these from an online auction.
Any one recognize the mark on this can? I'm not convinced it actually has M2 in clips as shown but we will see.

    Thanks!

Chinese Nationalist Army property. Same mark found on bottom of Nationalist M1icon clips.

That must be a record for a response time.
    Very much appreciated!

Also good to know. At $100 a can (give or take, including shipping), I can handle some extra cleaning.

This came in yesterday. I decided to open one can - the crustier one.
It is indeed 30-06 on en-bloc clips. Ammo is clean and bright. Clips are pretty heavily parked.
    Happy with this buy!

Let us know how they work, clips could be tight though. Maybe a scuff of scotchbright on the outside if they are...
    Regards, Jim
