Ithaca stock identification

Hi all,

I got this stock in a parts lot and I've been able to deduce that its for an Ithaca 37 but do you guys know if there is any indication of what model its from? I'm a Winchester guy so I don't have a heck of a lot of knowledge when it comes to Ithaca shotguns. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no proof by some magic marking or anything, but it IS an Ithaca 37 stock. I'm not relying on the buttplate marking either. It's just a standard shotgun butt. The model is 37, like you said.

It does appear to be a Model 37 stock but the sling swivel attachment is not correct. Ithaca trench guns (WWII and post-war) had sling swivels that were inletted in much the same manner as the Winchester trench guns.
