    Savage No.4 Mk1(T) scope tin

I recently acquired this very rare Case Sighting Telescope No.8 Mk1 by Belrrys Electrical Co., Although a nice early 1941 dated tin (always interesting to see these 1941 dated tins when the official introduction of the No.4(T) was 11th Feb 1942). What makes this tin really interesting is the stenciled rifle serial number showing a first batch Savage No.4 0C6903. Does anyone have a first batch Savage No.4(T) ?
