Please identify 1969 period rifle grenade set

This showed up at a small show today. It is complete in a capped cardboard tube marked, "PRAC (INT-F) / RFL -- 40 / N / AA? 69.

The grenade body has the same markings as the shipping/carrying tube. With the grenade is a plastic packaged blank / launching round and an odd plastic sight marked 100, 150 and 200 yards. The sight has a circular cross section notch that must fit the rifle some how.

Is the N marking indicated Naval issue? I take the 69 to be a year date.

What does the sight fit? M16icon or SA80 rifles? Where does it fit?

Is the grenade anti tank, anti personnel or ? Thank you.

    Not for a M16icon.

Thank you. I failed to mention that the cartridge is 5.56mm Nato. How and what the odd sight fits is a puzzle.

That will clip on the rear sight, just can't find a picture of the rifle to explain...then use the aperture for the front sight. You know you'd do it by eyeball and estimate though, after firing a few...

That's the thing, they used to use the FNC but I don't see where it would clip on either. They use the 4500 SCAR-L apparently now...it's got a rail top. I looked at them but now evident place to attach. That's the sight though, seems to come with each grenade...

The SA80 wasn't issued in 1969. Not seen until 1985.
That little fellow appears to be of Belgian descent and is a variation of their 40mm Anti-tank rifle grenade that could be fired from any .223 rifle with a 22mm launcher. An FNC, for example.
Net search 'arp-rfl-40' for a whole bunch of sites with pictures.
What's the head stamp on the grenade cartridge?
