Help Identifying American Military items

I am cleaning out storage boxes with items from my ancestors who have passed on. I need help from this community with respect to age and use Attachment 102754Attachment 102755

The Bennett has the markings US on one side and 1902 on the other close to the handle guard
on the blade.

Bayonet is a Krag. You have the date there...the brown leather box is a cartridge box and should have date and manufacture initials. The other two canvas pouches are Company Leaders First Aid Pouches and should be dated on the bottom back. Don't know what the black thing first pic is...show us the side?

Thanks for the info guys. Yes the black thing is some kind of sighting device. It has crosshairs. I will get more pictures and post them.

More info and photos. The first aid pouches are labeled RIA 1917 and N.B. Co. 7-18. The leather ammo holder is labeled Rock Island Arsenal 1908 T.O.O. On another panel it is stamped State of Texas.
More photos of the viewer which is 6.5" wide and has a label on one surface where settings can be written. Evidently there were knobs associated with it to make adjustments

Looks to be in quite nice shape. The State of Texas stamp is interesting as well.
I'd say it's worth somewhere around $70 or so - maybe more to a Texan.

I was able to identify the periscope. It is part of a unit for a M6 tank. It appears to be a three piece unit with my piece being at the bottom. Then a straight extension, and another one shaped like mine on the top or exterior of the tank.

Yep, a periscope. I've never seen one set up for aiming but that doesn't mean much...

Thanks Jim. Wish I knew more about it. I remember seeing it as a child but don't remember if dad told me anything about it. He worked for Hyster when the war started. He was a mechanical engineer. I think they converted over to building half tracks. He quit the job to join the military. He flunked the physical due to being legally blind without his glasses. He then became a production foreman in the Kaiser shipyards in Portland Oregon. They built liberty ships at first and later converted liberty ship hulls into small aircraft carriers. All the trades were unionized and that drove him up the walls getting them coordinated and meet production deadlines.
