Anyone in N.C. with front sight puller?

Have a stubborn "R" marked front sight on my Underwood that I'd like to get off and tapping hard with hand tools didn't budge it. Not sure even the sight puller will do it but would like to try. Just wondering if anyone in the central NC area (I live near Lexington) would be willing to have a go at it?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Loren, thanks for offer. I just had email from gentleman I traded a bunch of parts with and he's sending me his puller and installer to use.

    Oh! No! Another Bubba'ized carbine!
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!

Might be staked in place. Which side did you smack? Left to right is the way it should be done.
