Need Help Identifying Military Cloth Patches

A friend of mine was in the Air Force during Vietnam and when he returned, he made a career of the military for many years afterward. He gave me a grouping of items to help him create a shadow box. Sadly, his memory and health have been in decline lately and he doesn't remember what the attached patches represent. They're most likely USAF related, but could be anytime from Vietnam up until the late 1980s. They're cloth with sewn stars.

Does anyone know what these are? Thank you in advance for your knowledge!

They are not Vietnamese, US, Australianicon or Kiwi I can tell you that. I pretty sure they are not Korean, Thai, or Filipino. That's everybody who was in VN and on our side.

That leaves you the rest of Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
