Sort of semi-recent M1903 acquisition w/SRC check request...

I bought this late last year in a small second-hand dealer in another city. I went there following a lead to look at an M1icon Garand, only to find the M1 was gone and the guy who bought it did a part trade for this M1903. As it was a pretty nice example and I had been semi-on the lookout for one as a shooter, I snapped it up.

Appears to be a WW2 or post-war refurb (I actually suspect that its someones 'put-together'). Has a 1918 Springfield receiver, Springfield 8-42 Barrel and an unmarked stock other than an M or W in the barrel channel.

The questions I have regarding its heritage aside, it shoots wonderfully and is definitely a keeper...

Could I ask for someone to do an SRS check please? SA 942718
