    Good Book OT

I'm reading a good one "A Higher Call." It's the complete story of the encounter between an Me109 and a shattered B-17 barely flying and trying to limp home. The authors spent 8 years tracking down the survivors, including both pilots. Despite the easy kill of the defenseless bomber that would have qualified him for the Knight's Cross at 30 victories, the Germanicon could not bring himself to do it and let them go. Great story highly recommended.
