Ha! my wife too, now she just rolls her eyes. Its hard for me to walk away. I rarely go to gun shows anymore with a door fee of $18.00 US and $15.00 US Parking you are already at $32.00 US before hitting the tables. Then most of the crap there are Chinese knife and toys, followed by Modern AR crap, Knifes, and then Milsup very few rifles and handguns and 80 percent of the MILSURP firearms are overpriced. If you transfer a gun there be prepared the company doing it charges a hefty $75.00 transfer fee. (the FEDs say it should be $10.00) then a California DROS fee of $37.00.

So whatever firearm you buy you are looking at $144.00 US added on to the price - AND - even if you have a Type 3 FFL C&R and the required California COE; you can not leave the show with the rifle; you will have to drive to where ever the person has it is days after the show. So pop in $$$ for time and gas.

If you are going to go to buy Ammo, well you better be buying a lot because its $32.00 entrance and parking + $1.00 background check added to the price.

Last time I went to the gun show it was only to show my support for all the effort to keep the gun show alive. the Fairgrounds have been trying to ban gun shows.
