    Help identifying military holster

Got this a long time ago and have never been able to find out what it was for. Thought it was neat as i have not seen a holster like this that had pouches for 2 magazines. No markings that I can see. When initially acquired there were 2 Mab D mags with it, but that path of research led no where. So ....anyone?

Having some experience trying to ID holsters, it would be very helpful to put a ruler beside it so we can get some scale. With MAB D magazines, probably safe to assume this is for a small pistol, pocket type perhaps.

I did find a Walther Model 4 holster that has two pockets. Flap it smaller on that one however.

There are hordes of very similar holsters for PPK's and the like, but all of the assorted milsurp holsters have just one mag pouch. Pistols being primarily status symbols in the military and issuing more than one extra mag would be unusual. Makes me guess it may be a civilian, possibly custom/home made, holster. The stitching on the belt loop looks home made. That may be a repair though.
Highly likely to be for a small calibre like Aragorn243 says.
The inside width of the pouch might help narrow it down some.
    Spelling and Grammar count!

Not sure if it will help as I am pretty sure this is not an example of one, but the Frenchicon did issue a leather holster with two mag pockets for Savage 1907 pistols during WWI. The examples I have seen have a different shape to the top flap, and the mag pockets on the OP's holster don't look like they could accommodate a double stack magazine.

    Polish P64 Pouch

Polish P64 has 2 a mag holder and it looks like it except the 64 has straps versus cuts for attaching.

Somewhat of a coincidence, I was just on Apex Gun Parts before I saw your post and they are selling selling a surplus "unknown" application holster. It is not yours however.
