    1939 Luger, appraisal please.

A friend of mine wanted a Luger so I found this one for him. Both of us are gun collectors but neither of us has bought a Luger or know anything about them. I tried to take good pictures but the lighting was crappy. I told him I would present it here and see what people say that know what they are talking about. He would like to know what it's worth and if it's original. He won't take the magazine out or jack the toggle. Thanks fellas.

I see two tone bluing in the beginning pics but that may just be lighting. There's no indication to me it's been reblued though, the stampings are about perfect. It would have to have been liquid stripped and very few even know about that or care.

That's as far as I can get with it, I think the bluing is original.
    Regards, Jim
