    Can anyone tell me the approximate date that a Winchester carbine ser. # 6468001 was built?

    Not much help on the SP, but somewhere between July and Sept 1943

    Keep in mind those Winchester dates are dates that the serial # was applied to the receiver, not the date the carbine was completed.
