Almost 30" long.
Threaded 14TPI, appears to be Whitworth, as per No4.
NO driving flat on the Knox Form
Chambered 7.62mm
Proofed BNP 20T / Sq. In.
Marked, about 8 In from muzzle: "Parker Hale, Birmingham England"
Parallel step at muzzle for target sights.
4-groove RH rifling, 1:12"
NO extractor cut-out.
Polished and blued.

Appears to be unused / unfitted.

Too long for a L42 / L39 barrel.

"Target special"??

Were "spare" T4 barrels marked as such?

This one here only has the 20T proof and the makers marks, no specific model designation.

The breech end is dead flat; no "reverse cone" or other extractor relief. Maybe "spares" had to be individually "clocked", pre-headspaced and then an extractor cut milled in before final breeching to headspace and full torque.

Might be for a Mauser action rather than a No 4 type due to lack of extractor slot but chamber already cut. If I recall correctly my PH M82 for example has a flat breech end with no cut-out for the extractor.

T4 barrels are usually quite short.

The T4 and 1200TX had the same 26 in barrel in 1 in 12 or 1 in 14.
T4's normally superior proofed to 20 Tons rather than normal 19 Tons.

Lee Enfields have 14TPI, either "Enfield" form or, No4 and later, Whitworth form. Mausers have twelve TPI, ALSO Whitworth (55deg) form. (There may be exceptions to the Mauser rules, but not the Lee-Enfield one).

This barrel is definitely 14TPI
