    P.Kohler Berlin 6x59 scope

I acquired this scope last year, and have found this old thread on here

    https://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=25201

from many years ago, buy someone with a similar scope, but didn't want to re-open that thread as was so long ago......only hope Valleysniper is still one here as he seemed to be the font of all knowledge on these things.

Marked P.Kohler Berlin with Pecar 6x59 underneath and a serial number of 914.

OD of the tube on this scope measures at 26.75mm diameter.
Being marked with a serial number and having an unmarked elevation dial, this is clearly a commercial scope, probably just before WW2, very late 1930's is my guess, given that the Kohler facility in Berlin was destroyed by allied bombing late in the war and it seems post war production in Berlin didn't resume after the end of the war.

Any extra info appreciated, as there's seems very little out there on Kohler scopes, and its in great condition with lovely clear optics. Just need another K98icon now to perhaps put it on
