    Chassepot rear sight?

I have a Chassepot/Gras 1866-74 that I'm slowly getting back together, and one of the items I need is a rear sight. I found this one listed as 'Chassepot rear sight'. Now I'm pretty certain this isn't one, or even a sight for a Gras, but I'm also pretty certain that it's not for a Lebel or Berthier either. But it does have a certain Gallic look to it. I wanted to make sure it's not possibly an earlier type of Chassepot design. Thoughts more than welcome.

Anzac15, your rear sight in the photo looks like a Remington rolling block sight from the black powder 43 cal rifles from South Americaicon
