What exactlly do I have here? 33-40 Mauser?

    Hi all.

Recently purchased this 8mm and a Brazilianicon 30-06 Mauser. It is marked Germanicon 33-40 Mauser. I assume those to be import marks, but I really don't know. I don't see any other markings other than some random numbers stamped here and there on the barrel. Obviously not an original stock.

I assumed it to be the German G33/40, but there are differences from the ones I see online so I don't know if it is or not.

The barrel has a couple of step downs to smaller diameter instead of a smooth transition all the way down.

If you need to see specific pics of a certain area, let me know. I did try to take the stock off, but the big screw in the trigger area would not budge.

Thanks for any insight into this rifle and an approximate value.
