Rifle Club Range Pattern Lee MkI sold out of service

Saw another Range Pattern or Rifle Club pattern cut down Lee Mk1* up for sale. It looked pretty nice but the Sold Out of Service marks caught my eye. I noticed there where two of them but in this case they are different sizes on the barrel versus the receiver. The rifle was refitted with the typical H barrel but it is interesting that it also has a sold out of service marking on the barrel since it is much younger than when the receiver was probably sold. Was the rifle sold out of the service twice?

Fair chance, would have been sold out of service by 1920 or so, converted to Range Pattern, Impressed in 1940, served as line 2, sold onto the open market around 1947.
