Ross 1910 - receiver bridge screw threading

Does anyone know which threading the two screws on the right side of the Ross 1910 rifle have which affix the bridge the rear sight is sitting upon? Need it for restoration; original threading was damaged, I have the screws and bridge, everything was repaired but to properly thread the hole I'm in need for the correct threading.

    Thank you!

Thank you! I hope I‘ll be able to get a thread cutter - or any recommendations where to buy one?

The rifle is the 1910 W&S sniper rifle. The receiver is awfully damaged. It has had a bullet hit in the magazine cutoff area and currently being fully rebuild. Some threads cannot be repaired and parts need to be welded in and re-threaded.

No. 5 x 40 NC is a standard size this side of the pond. Send an email or PM if you cannot source one in Europe

It is indeed. The "NC" is an abbreviation for national coarse.
