Only Fools And Horses Chandelier Clip

A recent post on another thread reminded me of this "Only Fools And Horses" classic, the "Chandelier Episode" which some of our non UKicon members may not have seen before. I remember seeing this for the first time on a "Christmas-special", if memory serves me correctly and I was nearly on the floor with laughter.

There's a generation here that grew up watching Monty Python, Benny Hill etc. etc on the American Public Broadcasting System (PBS)

It was great stuff; wouldn't be allowed here now as too "white" and not enough agit-prop content.

Who can forget The Cheese Shop, or The Philosophy Department of the University of Wallamalone!
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.

It's a pity that the clip isn't a little longer as if, memory serves me correctly, the butler chap returns and says "You've broken it", or similar, and Del Boy replies along the lines of "We're chandelier repair experts".
