Yes, I saw the same listing. All the photos are showing what he wants you to see and not what's really pertinent or important. Why would anyone take a NOS "never installed" barrel remove the front sight, gas piston, and re-park?
I just can't find the logic on either of his listings.

I have a do not buy from list and now have added another..............

Yep, been watching that one since the Saginaw was mentioned. "Never installed," too! It's almost swallowing that carbine round as far as his IBM "shooter" barrel - noticed the finish on the "shooter" matches all the others we've been watching. - Bob

    LOL,
I have a distant cousin who works in Maritime Archaeology (sp ?). I'm sure he's seen relics brought up that are in better shape.
Guy should have wrote this one up as " Recovered and Restored from the Battle for Iwo Jima"

To Add: About the Underwood barrel:

"barrel has a slight ring about 3/4" from the muzzle. Could possibly be back-bored or threaded for a blank adapter to remove."

Seems if he offers barrel installation, he would know what's up. Even an attempt at a picture could help.
