    some new some old

Picked up a full packet of 340 Weatherby Mag so happy with that bloke threw in an empty new 460 Weatherby mag packet.
Some older ones I have the PMC we were told in Aus were going out of business also the cloth sealed packet next to the MkVII packet is a 1916 or 17! 15 round 215 RN.

Have left it alone as it was not a cheap buy but you can see the RN's if prying the top lid the Bren blank wooden round packet is a nice one as well it already had sticky tape on it gotta take what you can get when it turns up plus some FN MkVII for Bren only. I like the 22 Hi-Powers as well. Cheers

Wow. I would not be able to judge ammo.
    No knowledge at all.
All I have are three original packs of 6.5 Carcano, from 1942 or 3 and 5 rounds of 7.5 Swissicon, tracers.
I noticed when, after buyin the K31 from a Carabiniere NCO, he gave me the ammo for free.
Here it is illegal. It could cost me years of jail.
    Ridiculous... but true.

Sorry, too many laws and regulations regarding the quantity and safe storage of powder and ammunition you can keep. BTW, loaded ammunition counts towards the quantity of powder you can keep.
Some do, some don't; some will, some won't; I might ...

    340 Weatherby

My photo shows the 334 OKH (O'Neil-Keith-Hopkins), 350 G&H magnum, 458 Winchester and 475 OKH.

The 334 wildcat used either a 300 H&H or 375 H&H cartridge case and was a major influence on the development of the 340 Weatherby cartridge.

The 350 G&H magnum was just a 375 H&H necked down to use 357 dia bullets and was developed around the early 1920"s. G&H made custom rifles in this caliber for their customers, interest died out before WW2. G&H used their own headstampAttachment 110304

No real idea of how many rounds of ammo I have but I would be considered a piker by most. I have two or three full cases of Mosin Nagant, 1000 rounds of AK-47, full case of Swissicon and probably another half case, close to 1000 rounds of 45, full case of Nagant pistol, 1000+ rounds of 5.56. The rest is harder to keep track of. I have I think 65 distinct calibers and I have minimum of 20 rounds for each but mostly somewhere between 60-200 rounds for each with a few being even more. I had been keeping an inventory for a while but that got thrown out when TSHTF and I just started buying whatever I could whenever I could.
