    You can make them out of .303 brass for cheaper than that...

    I remember the smaller packets paper packages of 10(?) cartridges being sold at gun shows before the shut down, believe the guy had a few cases of the stuff, and seem to remember multiple vendors having some. Though about buying some but I don't have a musket so I passed on it.

    I doubt you will find the stuff at gun shows here in California. I was bad enough here already because there were few vintage and collector booths for ammo. Now that you cant sell ammo without a California Ammunitions Licence and you need a background check to get it. The little guys and collectors can't sell at their booths anymore. I have a type 3 FFL and COE so I am able to buy mail order and without a background check but very few people will still sell to me that way.
