Looking at a 1943 Springfield model M1 Garand - Any thoughts

I know I just bought one, but I've wanted a 1943 Springfield and found this one and would like to get the forum's thoughts on this and what might be a reasonable offer to make on it.

Serial number shows it's October 1943 and the barrel is marked 3-S-A-9-43 the bore is good and shiny, and good rifling. Has the correct SA GAW, crossed cannons next to it, and the smaller on the grip bottom.

Not sure what you mean? If you mean was it put together to make it match, it doesn't look like it. I guess that I would have to get inside to find out more. But even the finish of the metal from end to end is constant. I'm just not sure how much to offer.

Yes, I was referring to the pics. The rifle looks OK but even with those pics it's hard to tell. That must come from a site?

As I'm learning, we have to be careful with these. That is why I ask the experts here. How much are they asking? Personally I would love to have it but it looks terrific and there is that old saying about "looks too good to be true." I hope it is totally correct and you get it at a great price!
