    Catawba Valley NC 2009 Match Schedule

    Catawba Valley High Power Rifle Match

    800 Aggs at 200/300 yards with PITS

    To be held on the last Saturday of month beginning in March.
    March 28th; April 25th; May 30th; June 27th; July 25th; August 29th, September 26th, and October 31st 2009

    The Catawba Valley Rifle and Pistol Cub is located in Conover, North Carolina. Take Interstate 40 to Exit 130 (Conover), Make Right onto
    1st Street West. At the 2nd Light make a Right onto 10th Street NW. Follow 10th Street NW around to first light. There will be a strip mall on your left and a Domino’s Pizza on your right. At the light make a Left onto Country Home Road. Go 2 miles and make a Right onto Lee Cline Road. Go approx. 1 mile( you will crossover a small bridge) and make a Left onto Rifle Range Road; the club entrance is on the Left approx. ½ mile.

    The match is open to the public.
    Entry Fee: NRA fee: $4.50 and Club Fee: $15.50 totaling $20.00.
    Junior’s fee $5.00 total.

    Entries will be accepted to range capacity with a cutoff time of 8:30 AM the morning of the match. Registration will begin at 7:30 AM at the 200 yard line.

    Firing will begin at 9:00AM.

    NRA rules for High power Rifle (service and match rifle, metallic sights only) and Catawba Valley Rifle and Pistol Club safety rules will apply. With eye and hearing protection required for all participants.



    Match will be an 80 Shot Course of fire with sighters.
