    WTB - Long Lee Parts

    Hi Folks,
I have a new winter project laid on. The rifle is a LSA 1901 Mk I*. MLE. I’m looking for:
    - a nose cap
    - barrel band
    - bolt cover

Any leads would be helpful and much appreciated. I would even entertain making the parts if blueprints/plans were available.

    Thanks,
    Hugh

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Thanks to all of those fine folks that PMed me with leads and sources. With your help and my research I have located all of the parts I need for this refurbishment. I even located the correct bayonet for the rifle. I have a great winter project up ahead and this Long Lee will be on the range next Spring.
