So looks like I still have some round nose, various headstamps, that I haven't pulled apart yet; I went back and checked the invoice and I paid .10 cent (not .06) plus shipping so .17 cents around.

I can spare some if Bowmans doesn't have any more if you want to try it, how many are you looking for? I would just need to pull the heads so as not to deal with shipping ORD.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Tell you what, You join this forum as a Contributing Member by clicking the "Click to Donate" button at the top of the screen, PM me your address, and I will send you 100 extracted bullets. You would need to give me a couple of days to extract the bullets though.

Pulling these turned out to be a royal pain in the keister. It was the first time I used my Hornady single-stage to do extractions, I normally use my RCBS. The Hornady does not play well with my RCBS collet bullet puller. The lever on the press interferes with the collet lock handle on return and Hornady Lock N Load Bushing which the collet is screwed unlocks from its seat everytime the RCBS collet is release. Never again, I will do all extractions on my RCBS rock chucker in a garage. Besides spilling gun powder on my office floor is no fun LOL....

I have maybe 50 original Mauser rounds with round nose bullet... Would it make sense to invest in a bullet puller?
