    My Sons first M1 Garand - SRS Help?

    My son bought his first M1icon Garand today at the CMPicon and I'm wondering if anyone here can check the SRS to see if it's in it for him.. SN# 2806429

    It was one of the few stocks that had a inspectors cartouche, although not sure if it correct to the March 1944 date the serial number indicates.

    Sure a shame about those op-rod handle dings in the left side, I'd be trying to steam those out to see if it would work. You'd be surprised how much comes out after ages of being in there...
