Vickers MG study: H 5529 (and the Vickers machine gun mechanism)

Here we take a closer look at one specific gun in the collection. This time it's H 5529 - a 1918 gun with a smooth barrel casing. An added bonus with this gun is that it's a skeletonised version and it means we can describe the mechanism and functioning of the Vickers machine gun.

This will hopefully be part of a series of closer and more detailled studies of the items in our collection. We mention some of our other projects during the video.
