    Yugo M59/66A1 grenade blanks

    Attachment 113678

I would like to have some grenade launching blanks for my Yugoicon but I've been told the standard blanks are not acceptable for firing grenades.
Doing a search I have not found any labeled specifically for launching grenades, could someone point me in the direction I need to go please?!

I would imagine launching a grenade would take more/different propellant than a 150gr bullet, with different recoil characteristics too. That's why you don't shoot it from the shoulder I believe.

Research other countries' grenade cartridges compared to normal ball to be able to find a load to use. Be careful - overpressure with too much load.

That and the amount of blast that comes back when it launches. You'd get a face full of what feels like sand. Yes, huge recoil, unmanageable.
