    Mystery Sling?

I have this mystery sling that I purchased on eBay from a vendor in Serbia and, therefore, I assume it to be Yugoslavian. Presumably it's military but what exactly the vendor didn't know and nor do I. It does have one or two features which, to me, look slightly different to the norm, which may help with identification.

Any help with identification would be greatly received.

    Many thanks.

Interesting connection points. I've never seen a military set up with that kind of connection. Quick release tabs. Some sort of machine gun perhaps, not a common issue rifle.

Yes thanks, I wondered about about a MG sling because it is 40mm wide. There is that leather loop and loop with fastener that holds something presumably.
