    Most say that I cudnt take off the hand guard because I need to take off first that "rare" sight and I hadnt had figure out how

    The top numbers remind me of something Bavarian or from an European ( look at the font ) arsenal of some type, but that is such a WAG that I'm expecting to be wrong. I know some Bavarian carbines I've seen have a sight sitting on top of the front receiver ring, but it looks nothing like the OP's sight.

    Yes, the elevation numbers on top of the sight. Like I said the rear sight seen on top of the front receiver ring of some carbines look nothing like yours so I doubt it would be of any help to you.
