right side of frame United STates Property deeply
stamped behind pin, M1911A1 U.S. Army in from of pin much lighter stamped.
No. starts right below and in line with "states"
The number starts with the last S in states
and below the Last S in states.
Much difference in the imprint as the us army part is much lighter, and the serial number different than the letters.
The rest of the piece matches as to colors, barrel blue black, H.S., barrel band, grips etc.
What do I have with this.
