What do you make of this?

I'm asking this question here since we don't have a Class 3 forum.

I got this ad from Gun Source this morning in an email. It doesn't look believable! If this is true, why haven't we seen any reports about this lawsuit to eliminate the NFA rules?

Hope someone can make sense of this.

Actually, there have been several attempts to attack the NFA in court, all have failed. One thing is that it is not a "ban", it is a tax law. The NFA bans nothing, it uses the government's power to tax (and boy do they tax!) to "control" certain weapons. That was just another of Franklin Roosevelt's sneaky ways to get what he wanted by some devious route. (FDR never did anything in a straightforward way when a devious, underhanded way would do.)
