You may want to get someone who speaks , and can write in English to help you with the post as it does not make much sense .

The Swissicon didn't make it with that barrel on it. Probably a one off from someone.

    6.5 x 55 Swede?

    Max OAL in the mag?

Otherwise pretty much identical head diameter.

Could be an interesting field and range critter.

The easy way is to cut off the 7.5 bbl and thread the stub for a new bbl. Has been done a lot in Switzerland where there are all sorts of cartridges on K-31s. I know some one is USAicon does it but name escapes me.

In my collection is a 9mmX55 sporter. (7.5 Swissicon necked up to 9mm).

    Just remembered who: https://www.lprgunsmith.com/

Keep in mind the Rim on the 7.5 Swissicon is unusually large rim size for a non magnum cartridge. You might have erratic grip with smaller case heads.

Easy to make a 6.5x55 SWISS (7.5 necked down). CUT OFF OLD BBL TO MAKE A STUB. FIT 6.5 BARREL TO it. Get a reamer made in 6.5x55 SWISS. Chamber it. Use 6.5 Rem Mag dies to neck down 7.5x55 cases to 6.5. Not sure prize is worth the quest but it can be done.
