    Mystery Para Badge

I found this para badge in my late father's box of miscellaneous cloth badges, buttons and other odds and ends. I've no idea where it came from, what nation it is from or what age it is. It quite possibly dates to WW2 and it doesn't look Britishicon to me.

Any help in identifying exactly what it is would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks.

I would definately go for 1950's from my experience...........was he purchance in the Royal Marines as they often over embellished their bullion wire on wings. Only cos they were so pleased to get them lol?
