repairing stock for ConD 11* rifle

About twenty years ago I found a nice Enfield 1907 marked ConD 11* with matching barrel, early rear sight bed and early front sight. The stock had been cut for the charger bridge and the rear section was split off the stock. I made a piece to cover the damaged part and also neededAttachment 117763Attachment 117764Attachment 117765Attachment 117766 to cover the charger bridge cut too. After twenty some years still looks good to me.

    Interesting butt stock too.

Nice, yes the stock has no clearance at the socket. No wonder there's a hairline there. Still, very nice.
