    Belgian M1889

I picked up this barreled action recently. I am looking for some wood to place it in and was wondering how close a Argentineicon 1891 would be. If anyone can advise it would be appreciated. This metal has been polished and some lathe work has been done to the barrel profile so even a sporter stock like a boyds would be fine with me if i knew it would fit. The distance between the center of the action screws is 7 and 1/16th" on the action. Thanks in advance.

It sure looks like an argentine stock would fit. You may be able to find a used or sporter, argentine stock on epay or gunbroker, for cheap.
