    Cover Marked C-153357

Wondering what I have here? I have had this case since sometime pre-1980, and in fact had forgotten I had this, but ran across it when picking through some old boxes of stuff in my parent's barn.

I haven't found much online, so would appreciate any thoughts on what it is, what the value may be. Sure hoping the photos attach!
