    Question Universal M1 Carbine ID

    How do you tell the difference between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd generations of the Universal Carbine? Thanks.

    Thank you. Very informative site. I learned that my Iver Johnson Paratrooper Carbine was more than likely manufactured in 1978 due to its' low serial number.
