    Steyr Receiver Identification Help

I received this barreled receiver on Gunbroker. It was identified as a Chileanicon 1912 chambered in .30-06, which it does not appear to be.
I expected a large ring receiver, but this appears to be a small ring. I did not confirm the caliber yet, but I suspect that is incorrect as well.
Very frustrating since the seller will nor return my inquires.
Can anyone shed some light on what I received?
