Two Model 12’s that I built.

Just thought that I’d show two faux military M12s that I put together from field guns. The trench is a 1940 gun that had an old reblue and a cut stock while the riot is from 1925 that had a busted stock and a polychoke installed. Neither were collectible. Cut and faced the bbls, installed the lower swivels with my mini mill, blued and installed the heatshield bayonet mount, modified the mag to hold another shell and refinished the wood. I use them at my cas club’s Wild Bunch shoots. M12s are the best, very slick.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Nice job, I have a 1939 dated 1897 and a 1961 Model 12, both riot guns 😜👍

Very nice both. I always liked the M12s but hereabouts the spares are hard to find. Firing pins or other small parts cost dearly, I've sure had my share though. I was going to do a Faux trench recently until it turned unrealistic so I sold all the ingredients. Nice guns...
    Regards, Jim
